Georgia was the smallest of her litter but proved to be the most outgoing. Now she is a giant! She is a year old and weighs 60lbs. She is slender and tall with beautiful bold brownish-red patches on her white fur. We think she may have some Greyhound and/or Great Dane in her. Georgia is friendly and loves other dogs but thinks cats are food. She has a lot of energy and loves to play in her water bowl. She knows how to sit for treats but she does not realize how big she is and could knock younger kids down trying to play. Georgia has F.O.M.O- Fear of Missing Out- she is always trying to get in on the action and is very attention seeking. She is misunderstood as an out of control dog because she barks for attention and gets really excited to see people, but she calms down and acts fine when receiving the attention she so desperately desires. She would need a home with people are active and home a lot. She likes riding in the car as well, so she would be a great adventure buddy! Georgia also loves to tear up stuffed animals, just FYI.
**Georgia is very energetic and could use some training, so we sent her to the prison. She was enrolled in the Paws in Prison Program for 8 weeks of obedience training. She will be at the North Central Unit in Calico Rock. Georgia will be house trained, learn commands and may even learn some tricks as well. When she graduates in late early January, she will be ready for adoption!
