Honey was rescued after being tied up in the hot sun without water. She was in very bad shape from heat exhaustion but is now thriving and doing well. She is about 8 months old and weighs 51lbs – will be around 65-70 full grown. We believe she is a Lab/Mastiff Mix. Honey is a happy pup that loves people, kids, and other dogs. She enjoys attention and is very playful. She is also very smart and makes great eye contact. Honey needs a home where she can run, play and receive lots of love. She would make a great family pet.
**Honey was enrolled in the Paws in Prison Program for 8 weeks of obedience training. She will be at the North Central Unit in Calico Rock. She will be crate trained, house trained, learn manners and she may even learn some tricks as well! Honey will be looking for a forever home before she graduates in late October, so if you are interested in meeting her, please contact us!
