Kory

Paws in PrisonKory is one of 5 puppies that was brought to the shelter after living in really bad conditions.  She is an owner surrender, but the couple was too elderly to care for them.  The mama dog is a Border Collie/Aussie mix and they don’t know who dad is.  Kory is very friendly and craves attention- she loves to be picked up and held. She has the cutest little pink spots on her nose and a touch of brown on her ears. She is a happy little pup that needs a loving home where she can run and play and get a lot of TLC.  She would make a great family pet!  Kory is not house trained, but seems very smart and eager for training.  She gets along well with other dogs and would probably be okay with cats too.

**Kory was enrolled in the Paws in Prison Program for 8 weeks of obedience training. She will be at the North Central Unit in Calico Rock. She will be crate trained, house trained, learn manners and she may even learn some tricks as well! Kory will be looking for a home before she graduates in late July, so if you are interested in meeting her, please contact us!
