Miss Ginger has a grumpy face, but she is sweet as can be! Her and her brother George just love to lay around together on our soft blankets. They are adjusting well to being inside and do very well with other kitties. They are both litter box trained and fixed. Ginger is pretty calm and laid back and she has the softest fur! She is also on the petite side and will most likely stay fairly small. This sweetheart won’t be here long, so if you’re interested in meeting her, put your application in today!

Jade was discovered in a barn very malnourished with a bad wound on the back of her neck. We started her on antibiotics right away and had to put little booties on her back feet so she couldn’t scratch her wound. She is healing well and fattening up. This little lady loves to be held. She also loves to chase toys around. She is calm and quiet, very easy going for a kitten. She is litter box trained and would do well with other cats and kids too. This little sweetheart deserves a wonderful home that will spoil her. Can you help her with that?
Darla is so beautiful! She has a very regal look about her. She is calm, quiet, and affectionate. She does good with dogs and most other cats and probably wouldn’t mind kids either. She enjoys being both inside and outside. Darla is litter box trained, spayed and current on shots. This sweet little lady needs a loving family or person to take her in!
This big eared cutie is Everly. She was surrendered to us by a family that couldn’t care for her and her 3 siblings. She is very friendly and will jump all over you, desperate for affection. She has been outdoors her entire life in a small pen, so she is excited when she gets to be with people. Everly is adapting very well to being inside the shelter and would love being in a warm, comfy home. She will need some work on house training but most outside dogs learn quick, plus we offer free obedience training via Dog Academy. We were told her mother was a shepherd mix but not sure about Dad. She is currently 7 months old and only weighs 20lbs, so she will not be a very big dog, probably 30 pounds full grown. Everly is good with kids and other dogs and will make a wonderful pet for the lucky family that snags her up first! She is spayed and fully vetted.

Bobbi is a rare sight…a diluted calico with a bob tail…or no tail really! She also has beautiful green eyes. Her owner had to go into a nursing home, so she was brought here. Bobbi is very shy and tends to run and hide from us, but she is getting used to being here and should settle down soon, but for now she prefers to stay in the rafters of the catio. Bobbi is spayed, litterbox trained and does well with other kitties. She has only been inside but might like to adventure outside at some point. She will need a patient home that will give her the time and space to hide until she is comfortable enough to come out and say hello.
Tippy is a VERY large (12 pounds), VERY sweet 3 year old kitty. She has a white tip on her tail, hence the name Tippy. She also has beautiful green eyes. Her owner had to go into a nursing home, so she was brought here. This lady is super friendly and affectionate. She likes to be picked up, held and petted. She enjoys looking out the window and is easy-going. Tippy is spayed, litterbox trained and does well with other kitties. She has only been inside but might like to adventure outside at some point. She is make a great cat for any kitty loving home!
**Star was enrolled in the Paws in Prison Program for 8 weeks of obedience training. She will be at the North Central Unit in Calico Rock. She will be crate trained, learn manners, and she will learn lots of tricks as well! Sammie is a beautiful 6 year old Tortoiseshell cat. She is super affectionate has been very well cared for and socialized. She is used to being an indoor/outdoor kitty. She has had minimal interaction with other cats and wants to keep it that way, so a home where she would be the only kitty is best. Sammie is in foster care with an elderly couple until we can find her a home. They love her dearly but can’t take care of her much longer. She needs to find a home urgently!
