Lulu came to us as a stray with her two 9 week old puppies. We don’t know her history, but we do know she is super sweet, mellow, loving, and very good with other dogs and people. She walks well on a leash and is house trained. She has received a lot of socialization and care from someone. Lulu also likes to play with toys. She would make a great family dog, is good with other animals and kids. And just look at those big ears…very unique! Lulu is about 1-2 yrs old and weighs 50lbs.
**Lulu was enrolled in the Paws in Prison Program for 8 weeks of obedience training. She will be at the North Central Unit in Calico Rock. She will be crate trained, house trained, learn manners and she may even learn some tricks as well! Lulu will be looking for a forever home before she graduates in late May, so if you are interested in meeting her, please contact us!

Britches showed up as a stray and has only been outdoors before we got him, but he loves it indoors at the shelter and he is litter box trained. Britches is also neutered and current on shots. He does well with other cats but we are not sure about dogs or kids. He was very afraid when we first received him, but is warming up and getting used to our attention. He really loves cheek scratches and affection, as long as you move slow around him. Loud noises and fast movements tend to scare him, but I think that is because he is not used to being inside. Britches is about 4 years old.
