Nala is a super sweet and pettite cat. She came to us with her sister, Sarabi, from a home that just had too many kitties. Nala is very socialized and friendly. She does well with other cats and dogs too. She has been both indoors and outdoors, is litter box trained and spayed. Nala is ready to find her forever home, will it be yours?

Yoda is the sweetest little man. He enjoys affection and being held. He loves going for walks, and just wants to be with people. Yoda does great with other dogs, is house-trained, crate trained and neutered. He is easy to please, just give him a ball and he is the happiest boy. Yoda is about 7 years old and weighs 20 pounds. Yoda has a malformed stomach which requires that he eat small amounts of softened dry food numerous times a day and takes a pill each morning. Other than that, he is in great health! Picasso is playful, sweet, and full of personality. He came to us with his brother Pablo, and were strays, so we have no information about parents. They were in foster-care until we had room at the shelter, so Picasso is very socialized and affectionate. He is on the timid side, but warms up quickly with attention and belly rubs. He has only been outside, but is loving being inside at our shelter. He does need a little work with housetraining but seems smart and receptive to learning. He walked with a harness and leash perfectly the first time, so he is a very smart puppy! Picasso is good with other dogs and kids too. He is about 8 months old and 55lbs (as of 10/4/24), will probably be about 60-65lbs full grown.

Pablo showed up as a stray with his brother, Picasso. He is sweet as can be and loves to smile at you and he has the softest eyes. He was in foster care until we could bring him to the shelter, and is still getting used to the place. He is a little shy when you first meet him, but the more attention he gets, the more comfortable he becomes. Pablo is partially house trained but seems super smart and eager to learn, so we don’t think it will take long. He was only outdoors but loves his inside room now. He walks very well on a leash too, which was surprising. Smart little cookie this one! He would be good with kids and other dogs. Pablo is about 8 months old and weighs 40lbs, will be 50 tops when full grown.

Rufus is one happy and well behaved 8 month old pup. He was adopted from us as a puppy and just returned because he killed their chickens, so no chickens for him! Otherwise, he loves everything and everybody. He is good with kids and very good with other dogs. He is smart as a whip too. He will sit upon command and is housetrained. He also loves booty scratches and affection. Rufus would make a great family pet or companion for any dog lover. He currently weighs 45lbs.

Lucy is a beautiful 9 year old Tortoiseshell cat. She is super affectionate has been very well cared for and socialized. She loves to come in the lobby and be near people; whether they are giving her pets or not, she just loves to be around people. She has had minimal interaction with other cats, so a home where she would be the only kitty is best. She has not been around dogs. Rover loves attention and is very affectionate. He appears to be housetrained and enjoys being outdoors. He is good with other dogs and kids too. He has not been around cats, but we can introduce him if necessary. Rover doesn’t bark much, only when a stranger comes to his door. He was never on a leash before we got him, but he walks great with a harness now. He is extremely smart, super sweet and needs a family or person who will shower him with attention and love. Rover is just under a year old and weighs 76lbs. He will be around 80-85 full grown.

Enzo is an energetic and playful kitten. He loves to zoom around, jump and climb. He needs a home where he can run and play with his toys and be the center of attention. Enzo has a very unique coat of spots on his body and belly, with stripes on his chest, legs, face and tail. He is very socialized and would be great with kids and other animals. He is also litterbox trained, neutered and current on shots.
