Jethro has the most adorable and unique ears! They are so big and floppy! He also has soft wire hair and one eye is outlined with black while the other just has pink skin showing around it. He sure is a cool looking pup! He came to us with his brother, Jake. They were an owner surrender and living in some pretty bad conditions. In spite of that, Jethro loves human attention. He has only been outside and will need some work on house training. He would make a great family pet and would do well with kids and other animals. Jethro is 6 months old and weighs 22lbs. We think he will be about 30 pounds full grown.

Jake has the cutest pink nose! That is what you first notice when you look at him. He came to us with his brother, Jethro, and they are 6 months old. They were an owner surrender, living in pretty bad conditions. In spite of that, Mr. Jake loves human contact and attention. He is not housetrained and has only been outside, but we think he would train easily. His mother was a terrier and not sure about Dad. He has wire hair and does not shed much. He would make a great family pet and would do well with other animals and kids.
Oak is so friendly and playful. He has the most beautiful tiger stripe pattern with dark brown and tan highlights. He loves toys, other cats, kids but has not been around dogs yet. He is still very young and would fit into any kitty loving home and make a wonderful pet. He is litter box trained, vaccinated and neutered. He would be good both inside and outside.
Chicken is full of spunk and energy. He loves to run and play with his toys and has a very dominant personality. He is looking for a home with no other animals- he prefers to be the King of the household. Chicken needs a home that will provide lots of attention, affection and playtime. He loves to be held and petted but playing is his favorite! He is litter box trained, neutered and current on all shots.
Leon is a super small kitten. He came to us malnourished with a swollen belly. He has been thriving under our care, gaining weight and loves to play with his sibling, Cleo. He is still small for his size, but healthy and happy. Leon would be good with other cats and probably dogs too. He loves his toys, to run around and to be held. He is litter box trained, neutered and ready to find a home!
Bobby is one of a kind. He is a friendly 2 year old Australian Shepherd weighing 55lbs. He was rescued from a neighbor that kept him tied up, without shelter. Bobby is in foster care until a good home can be found. He chases cats, but does very well with kids and other dogs. He is very energetic and loves attention and praise. He needs a fenced yard and is house trained.
Oreo has the most beautiful coat of fur with a very distinct swirl pattern. He loves to be held and to play with his toys and is pretty laid back for a kitten. He also loves other kittens and cats. He is litter box trained, neutered and fully vaccinated. Oreo would make a great family pet and has a lot of growing up to do, which he would love to do with you!
Louie and Louise are a bonded pair of visually impaired cats. They came to the shelter as kittens but lost some of their eye sight due to illness. One would think they would be skittish because they are visually impaired, but that is not case. They are very affectionate and love to be petted. They can see shadows and react very well to certain sounds, but loud noises make them nervous. These two were adopted young, but brought back because their owner’s living situation changed and they could no longer care for them. They were adopted again and brought back after 5 months because the household was too loud (they had small children) and Louise was scared and stopped using the litterbox.
Milo is one big, gorgeous kitty. He is 5 years old and weighs 16lbs. He has beautiful green eyes and long hair. He loves people and attention BUT he does not like other cats and bullies them. He’s used to being in a home and is litter box trained, but loves to go outside so he would need to be an indoor/outdoor cat. Milo is being fostered for us until we can find him a home without other cats. He would make a great pet for any loving home, as long as he is the only kitty!
Opie came to us, with his brother Oden. They were adopted as puppies and just returned for killing 2 chickens and chasing the family cat. Opie does really well with other dogs and kids too. He has a very loving, calm nature and would make a great family pet in a home without chickens. He has the most beautiful blue eyes you have ever seen and only weighs 36lbs (and shouldn’t get much bigger). Opie is very much on the timid side, however, but he will do fine in a home with another dog.
