Hulk is one of the smartest puppies we have had in a while. His mom was a German Shepherd and Dad a black lab. He has beautiful dark brindled fur. For his age, he is very calm and well-mannered. He loves to fetch and play with his toys. He is friendly to everyone. He is good with other dogs and kids. He does chase cats, but I think he could learn otherwise. He has only been outside but loves being in our shelter. He potties in his outside area and not in his room, so would be easily housetrained. Hulk would make a great family pet. He is about 3-4 months old now and weighs 37lbs, so will be a big dog.

Squirrel is an adorable kitten. He showed up as a stray but the family gave him a lot of care and socialization. They had too many cats and couldn’t keep him. He has a very calm, affectionate, sweet disposition. He does well with other cats and likes kids too. He is litter box trained, neutered and current on shots. Squirrel was only outside before he came to us, but loves to be indoors now.
Rocco is sweet, calm and affectionate. He enjoys exploring and playing with toys, but is pretty laid back. Rocco was dumped in a park with his 5 brothers and was in a home until we could take him at the shelter. He has never been outside, so he is litter box trained. He could be an indoor/outdoor cat, after he gets comfortable with his new home. Rocco is also neutered and current on shots. He is about a year old and is on the bigger side, resembling a the Ocicat Breed with his spotted body and stripped legs.
Despite his struggles upon arrival (see below), Dewey is the BIGGEST SWEETHEART. He loves affection and just wants to be held and cuddled. He gives us hugs and lays in our laps, even though he is a large dog. Dewey also enjoys playing with other dogs and going for walks. He is house trained, neutered, up to date on shots and ready to find his new family!
Blaze is a good looking, young Hound Mix. His mother is a Golden Retriever and we have no idea who dad is but he was obviously a hound, we are guessing Coonhound. Blaze has not been inside before coming to the shelter, but he appears partially housetrained. Blaze also has that classic hound “Bay” and let’s you know when he wants something. The fur on his back is thick and a little wavy, showing the Retriever in him, and would you look at those GLORIOUS floppy ears?! Blaze is very energetic and playful and will make a great family pet or companion for an active person. He is a year old now and weighs 75lbs.
Opie came to us, with his brother Oden. Opie was blessed with the most beautiful blue eyes, but he has confidence issues – he is a little unsure of himself although he feels confident with another doggo around, so he will do best in a home with another k-9 companion. He loves other dogs and gets along with almost all of them. Opie is neutered, current on shots and is full grown at 35lbs. His adoption fee has been waived for our Clear the Shelter Event, but your application must be approved.
Buck has stolen all of our hearts. He always appears to be smiling and literally gives hugs. He is a 60 pound ball of joy! Buck has tons of energy and just wants to be where the action is. He does well with most other dogs, but prefers to be the only dog in the home. Buck is house and leash trained and LOVES going for walks. He is also very good at entertaining himself with a good bone and he loves to lay on his bed with his blankets. We believe Buck will make a great dog for anyone who will smother him with the love and attention he so desperately desires.
