Milo grew up in a home with kids and loved dearly, but they had to move into a small apartment and could not take him with. Milo can be a little shy at first but warms up quickly, especially if you have treats! He does great with kids and loves to play with other dogs. Because he loves to play, he really needs a yard he can run around in or someone who will take him on adventures. Milo is 2 years old and full grown at 31 pounds – so we think he has more Terrier in him than Husky, but we know mom had a lot of Husky in her. This little man will make a great family pet or companion for any dog lover. Can he come home with you?

Bobby showed up as a stray and was never claimed. We don’t know anything about his parents, but we do know he’s very smart, loving, and already partially house trained. He does well with other dogs, even big ones, cats and kids too. He is playful, energetic and loves attention and already responds well to commands. He would make a great family pet. According to his BIG feet, he’s going to be a big dog or short and stout. He is only 10 weeks old now and already weighs 23lbs! He can’t officially be adopted until after his neuter, but you can take him home today if you qualify. Put in an app to meet Bobby today!
Maggie is one super sweet, lovable, kitty. She is not a fan of being picked up but loves affection otherwise. Cheek scratches are her favorite! Maggie is very petite and we mistook her for a kitten until we looked at her teeth…she is 1-2 years old and 6 lbs. She will stay small and precious. You have to meet her to see just how sweet and special she is. Maggie has been both indoor and outdoors and is litter box trained, spayed and current on shots.

Clyde is a very unusual color – a “muted” gray. He came to us with his sister, Bunny, and they both showed up as strays. The family that took him in took really good care of, they just couldn’t keep because they had too many cats. He is litter box trained, friendly, loves belly rubs, and his toys. He is also playful and affectionate.
Bunny is more on the shy side. She came to us with her brother, Clyde, and they both showed up as strays. Bunny was kept indoor in a barn with little socialization. She was very well taken care of, just wasn’t exposed to many people. She is litterbox trained and very sweet, just very timid. It will take time for her to warm up to you but you won’t regret the wait!
Willa was found in the woods with her 3 puppies. She is super sweet and very laid back. She appears to have been very socialized and might have even had a family at some point. She loves affection and listens well. She will sit, head tilted back with a smile on her face while you pet her – she is just precious! She also loves her bed, blanket and to care for her puppies. She walks well on a leash and is house trained. She does well with other dogs and would be good with kids too. Miss Willa will be a wonderful, cuddly dog for the family that snags her up. She is about 2 years old and 70 lbs.
Jewel is a beautiful and SUPER affectionate cat. She is more on the petit size and very loving. She enjoys a warm blanket and a good belly rub. She would make a great family cat or lap kitty. She has adapted very well to being inside and is litter box trained. Jewel is about 3 years old and weighs 6 lbs. She has been spayed and is ready for adoption!
Lida (Lee-Da) is a super sweet, very mellow dog. She showed up as a stray and the couple that rescued her was too elderly to handle her. Lida is very good with other dogs and would do well with kids too. She is house trained and we are working with her on leash training. She loves human attention and would make a great family pet. She seems super smart too. Lida is about 1-2 years old and weighs 55lbs.
Twiggy is a really sweet, lovable cat. She came to us from a family with too many cats and was only outside before we got her, but has adapted very well to being inside the shelter. She tends to hide but when you start petting her, she melts in your hands and comes out to play. Twiggy loves the little cat house to sleep in and to get cheek scratches. She would make a great family pet. She is litter box trained, spayed and just under a year old. She also has beautiful green-ish eyes!
